REFUND POLICY
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love our 3D printed creations. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help!
Return Window - You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Requirements - The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
The item must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Important:
Please record a complete unboxing video showing the shipping label clearly while opening the package. This helps us verify claims regarding damage, defects, or incorrect shipments.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at novaden3d@gmail.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if you notice any damage, defect, or wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you wish to replace an item, we recommend returning the current product first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at novaden3d@gmail.com
Eligibility for Full Refunds
We offer a full refund under the following conditions:
